HealthCollaborate™ is designed to enable clinicians globally to form/join communities of providers and to securely communicate, exchange patient data, collaborate on patient cases, share ideas, trade documents, send and receive messages containing PHI such as referrals, images and results, create discussion forums, share knowledge, ask questions from colleagues and more.
HealthCollaborate™ enables providers to connect to their patients and securely send health education, messages, appointment and medication reminders, transition of care, visit summaries, billing statements, marketing materials and more.
